After some extensive research we found that our delivery service whilst being very quick and accurate could be improved. We looked into ways to personalise our current service where we could go to that extra mile for those customers who require more than just the goods being delivered. So, after many months we are very please to offer our customers 3 alternative delivery options: Standard, Express and Premier.
Our Standard delivery service is where goods are delivered free of charge within 3 to 5 days on all stocked orders over the threshold.
Our Express delivery service is when you require goods sooner than our standard service and this service is charged at £15.00 +vat.
Our Premier delivery service is a very unique and personable service details of which are detailed below.
- Our delivery partner will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and arrange a convenient time
- You will be issued with a unique tracking reference
- You will be given direct contact details for the courier
- The driver will assist you with any specific requests that you have relating to the delivery
- This service is available on most product lines but restrictions may apply and has a limit of 550kg per order
